Multifunctional unit information intelligent safety control system
The multifunctional unit (crane) of the electrolytic aluminum production enterprise is the key equipment for the production of the electrolytic aluminum enterprise. It can complete the following process operations in the production of aluminum electrolysis: shelling, replacing the anode, covering the aluminum oxide, producing and measuring the aluminum, assisting in lifting the anode bus, installing and overhauling the electrolytic cell, lifting the upper structure of the tank and the tank shell, and other sporadic lifting in the workshop. The multifunctional unit consists of a cart, a tool truck, an aluminum truck, an aluminum hook, a secondary hook, and an electrical control system. Its structure is relatively complex, the equipment maintenance is difficult, the equipment failure rate is high, and the safety of personnel cannot be effectively guaranteed. The intelligent operation and safety control system of the multi-functional unit (crane) specifically solves the related problems existing in the aluminum electrolysis enterprise. This operation and maintenance system carries a comprehensive platform that integrates monitoring, diagnosis, maintenance, wireless redundant communication, real-time data upload, recording and management. It uses advanced sensing technology and wireless redundancy technology to collect various data in real time during the operation of the crane, including motor speed, temperature, vibration, current, pressure, accurate aluminum extraction, anode altimetry, lifting height, walking speed and other key parameters visualization. These data are like the "health indicators" of the crane. Through precise analysis and processing, it can timely judge and gain insight into potential fault hazards. Realize the visualization of the operating status and point inspection information of the multi-functional unit; the application of this system is an important basic link in the realization of the digital factory, and also meets the requirements of the "Special Equipment Safety Technical Specification TSG 51-2023 Lifting Machinery Safety Technical Specification" implemented on January 1, 2024.
